Different Christmas

Christmas in Mexico is very different than a normal Christmas at home....
1. there are no Christmas trees
2. it was over 90 degrees
3. there are no lines backed to up the other end of the store
4. and no christmas rush
Everyone was just chill, and doing whatever they'd be doing on any other regular day. It was actually pretty nice, all you needed to do was relax. On Christmas I woke up, ate some breakfast, then headed straight to the beach. Yep, Merry X-Mas. Ha, it didnt even feel like Christmas at all! The only difference was all the stores were closed. But you still saw all the normal venders walking around the beach and the streets trying to sell you necklaces, braclets, hammocks, ect. And another difference was there was A LOT more people here than normal.. Since everyone was on vacation, and so the hotel was PACKED, the beach was full, and it was about impossible to find a restaurant to eat in without having to wait at least an hour and a half to get your food. Plus, the prices on everything more than doubled. But it was a good Christmas. And I'll always remember it.
